"SSL error, it is not possible to establish a safe connection with the server" on iOS mobile app

I am using the dropbox mobile app version 490.2.2 an facing the following error when trying to open any file: "SSL error, it is not possible to establish a safe connection with the server".

I have tried to reinstall the app, restart the phone, but nohting works. I have an iphone 17 iOS 26.6.2

Have you also tried clearing the Dropbox app’s cache (via your Dropbox mobile app settings) and reinstalling it on your device?

Before you do, please make sure that you’re not on a free Basic plan with more than 3 devices currently linked to your Dropbox account.

If you still see the same error after that, I’d like you to copy and paste a screenshot of it here.
