Is there a global notification setting for file comments?

Hello, we have some clients that leave comments on files but often they forget to tag members of our team, so we don't receive a notification unless we subscribe to that specific file. Is there a setting somewhere that allows for global notifications for comments on files?

You can see which Dropbox users would receive notifications about new comments in this article.

For convenience, this is what the article states.

The following people will receive an email and a notification both on dropbox.com and on their connected devices: 

• The file owner
• Anyone who has subscribed to the file
• Anyone who has commented on the comment thread
• Anyone who was @mentioned in the comment thread

Currently, there isn't an option to enable global notifications for all comments on any file on your Dropbox account.
