Dropbox asked me if I wanted to rename my existing Dropbox folder, and now I'm missing files.

Question

I had to reinstall Dropbox, it said I already had a folder named Dropbox and did I want to rename it. I said yes and now I am missing files—what can I do?

Do you remember what you renamed your old Dropbox folder to? Can you locate it anywhere on your computer, along with your missing files?

Besides that, can you still see all of your Dropbox files online?

The other thing I’d like to know is the current syncing status and app version of your desktop app.
