The vertical scrollbar is missing from my mobile app and I can't scroll through my files

I noticed that the vertical scrollbar is missing after the app update. I am currently using mobile app version 489.1.2. It is difficult to scroll through folders with a large amount of photos since the scrollbar is missing. It is no longer there to hold and drag it down through the photos quickly. I cleared the cache and search history. Force closed the app too. How can I get it back? Is there a fix for it so I can get it back? Can I roll back to a previous app version for mobile?

Hi @Cloudsoverkorra! Welcome back to the forum.

Based on your post, it looks like you’re running the beta app version (489.1) on your Dropbox mobile app, which is experimental.

In this case, I’d recommend switching over to the stable app version instead (488.2), to see if that’ll remedy the issue.

If you’re not sure how to do that, feel free to share your device’s OS version here.
