I'm using the mobile app to move files, but it fails with an error.

Whenever I use the app to move files I get the attached error. "Move failed."

upport but I have not received any kind of a reply.

Can anyone help me with this? I have cleared my cache and reinstalled the app several times and now i'm getting the same error on multiple devices with different files.
