Unable to install Dropbox installer, it stays stuck at 0%

i have installed from both web page and Microsoft store and the app doesnt fully install just sits and says installing but not completing, have looked into uninstall and clear the data folders and closed the task and re tried but same issue, find it gets stuck and stays on 0% for cpu when installing. no firewall block and no AV blocking, all been lifted for install but same issue, tested on another laptop and get same issue, Anyone have same issue/ anyone have a fix for this

As a first step, would you mind clarifying which OS you are using?

Also, please make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements to run the Dropbox desktop app. It sounds unusual that the same issue occurred on two different devices. Have you tried restarting the devices, and also using a different network connection, or plugged your computer directly into your modem?

I would also suggest trying the offline installer that can be found here. While you're at it, here is the relevant Help Center article that might also help.
