This has happened a few times. When a couple of my users are collaborating on a Word on the Web document and are using footnotes, the system seems to rearrange the footnotes or add "CWP" next to them. How do we prevent this from happening?

When you say your users, can you clarify if you're all part of the same Dropbox for teams account or if you're referring to shared files or folders perhaps?
Does this persist after clearing the browser's cache or on another browser, preferably with no extensions or plugins running?
