Title: Account shows 9.12 GB of 9.25 GB used, but all files, photos and deleted files are empty

I'm having the same issue as the thread "Dropbox is saying I've used up all my quota when I haven't" from @GaHe , so wanted to raise my own case in case it helps the investigation.
My account is on Dropbox Basic and shows 9.12 GB of 9.25 GB used, with a warning that sharing and file previews will be restricted from 22 July 2026. However, everywhere I check comes back essentially empty:
- All files (root, checked via the All files tab): approximately 3.4 MB total
- Apps folder: approximately 156 KB
- Photos: empty
- Deleted files: empty (already emptied 3 months ago)
- Shared folders: all listed as "You haven't joined this folder," so shouldn't count against my quota
- No backups or connected devices currently syncing
I've been through every location I can find in the web interface and nothing accounts for the 9+ GB being reported. Could someone take a look server-side at what's actually consuming the space, or let me know if my storage counter needs to be manually recalculated?
