Hi, I try to reinstall DropBox after an upgrade towards Mac OS Sequoia and I am stuck on this dialog box…
I use the OCLP patcher on a Mac Pro 2013. https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/SEQUOIA-DROP.html
Thank for you help
Nicolas
Thank you Hannah, I still have the Dropbox icon in my menu bar, I finally managed to connect, before, one click on the Dropbox icon showed a red frame and nothing more :
I believe some graphical issue prevented to show my connection options in the dialog box.
In the Console, one error came several times :
CoreData: Unable to create token NSXPCConnection. NSXPCStoreServerEndpointFactory 0x7fcaa4630b20 -newEndpoint returned nil
Anyway, it is working now :-)
Thanks for letting us know about this, @nicobild.
Let's see what we can find, because there are no other similar reports.
Do you still have the small Dropbox icon in your menu bar?
If so, can you hover over it and let us know what it shows? I'd like you to include the version of the app as well.
In the meantime, if you haven't restarted the device yet, please do so, to see if it helps.
Thanks in advance!
