The Dropbox free 100 GB promotional quota for 90 days with my new Lenovo laptop isn't working

I have recently bought a lenovo laptop. When I navigated through the vantage app, I saw an option to claim 100gb for 90 days. When I clicked the redeem option, a dropbox installer was downloaded. I used that to install dropbox and logged in with my account , but didn't get the 100gb space. My account never had a premium subscription, nor did I ever claim this offer before.

When you activated the Dropbox promotional quota with Lenovo, did you also create your Dropbox account using the pre-installed version of the Dropbox desktop application, or did you create your account prior to activating the promotion?
