Error downloading a zip file that's smaller than 4 GB

I can see how many gbs the file is, but when I go to open, download, or send it, I keep getting error messages that the file couldn't be downloaded and other error messages—cant find one, but the other one said it could open zip files but some issue. The zip file is smaller than 4gb

Previews are limited to zip files under 512mb so that would explain the first and last image.
