I have a paid account (Dropbox Plus). Supposedly you can scan receipts with the mobile app then search by words that appear in those receipts and it will pull them up. But it doesn't work. The receipts are legible when scanned, but for whatever reason, the OCR feature does not seem to work. I searched the help center and found my exact question, and the response was "search is available with paid accounts". Well I have a paid account and it doesn't work.
