Remove backups from a device not linked?

Support guides for removing backups (https://help.dropbox.com/organize/delete-dropbox-backup) say "If you no longer have access to the device, you can delete your backup by unlinking the device from your Dropbox account."

In that help file (https://help.dropbox.com/security/device-list-remote-sign-out) it says to "Click the trash can icon next to the device you’d like to log out of remotely."

The device that is backed up does not appear on my device list. I cleared out every device on my list, except for my phone and the laptop that I am now using to no avail.

How can I remove these backup files?

Hello Megan,

Thank you very much for your help, I was actually just able to delete the backup from the backups page you linked. When I attempted to do so from the links I provided and from the desktop app redirects, I was given an error that I had to log in to the device to manage the backups, but we're all good now.
