Support guides for removing backups (https://help.dropbox.com/organize/delete-dropbox-backup) say "If you no longer have access to the device, you can delete your backup by unlinking the device from your Dropbox account."
In that help file (https://help.dropbox.com/security/device-list-remote-sign-out) it says to "Click the trash can icon next to the device you’d like to log out of remotely."
The device that is backed up does not appear on my device list. I cleared out every device on my list, except for my phone and the laptop that I am now using to no avail.
How can I remove these backup files?
