I'm not able anymore, from my iphon 13, to share a copy of a file. This was possible before, few weeks ago, and from the same account is possible from my daughtre iphon. Already updated and re installed the app. Any tips?

As a first step, could you please clarify your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox app installed?
Also, are these the steps you followed when trying to share your content?
Please try rebooting your device and clearing the app's cache to see if the issue persists. To clear the cache in the Dropbox iOS app, open the app, tap Account (bottom right) > Settings (gear icon, top right) > Clear Cache.

I want to send a copy of the file, e.g. with whatsapp, and I'm not able anymore to do it.

I just tried this on my phone and it worked for me; Can you please follow the steps here and see if you can get to the "send a copy" option?
If you don't have it, please send us a screenshot of the options you see, so we can have a visual of the issue.

Hi if I try through the share menu it still doesn't work, the send copy of the file option is not displayed, pls refere to the attached screenshots. I've found a workaround: I go in the save a copy option, then alla options are open, including mail and whatsapp, and it works. Still not clear why is not available in the main option of share menu. Thanks for your support David
Hey David! To clarify, have you also tried tapping on the button next to “Copia link” (the one showing in your last screenshot)? If not, please try that and let me know how it works for you.

The button that my colleague was referring to was the upwards arrow.
When you click that do you see any other apps, or not?
