Storage says full when I'm on only 1.3TB out of 2TB with Dropbox Plus

I have a Dropbox Plus account that allows me to have 2TB, I've filled up 1.35TB and should still have 650gb but for some reason the web and my phone app both say my storage is full?

Also with my account being Dropbox Plus I should have access to sending help requests and tickets etc. but they are all greyed out? Whats the point in paying for a service that I don't even get?

Can you please navigate to your account's settings page and let me know what's reported in regards to your current plan and quota?

Is it possible that you were part of a Dropbox for Teams account in the past?

Also, how did you upgrade to the Dropbox Plus plan for the first time? Was it through the website directly or maybe through the app store on a mobile device?
