I am a team admin with full rights but Dropbox is preventing me from sharing some folders but not others. How do I solve this?

What error or prompt are you getting that is preventing you from sharing folders with other users?
Are these users members of your Dropbox team, or external users? Are you trying to share normal folders, or team folders?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
