Dropbox Plan Plus and also FreePayment Method CardQuestion Issue I used to be able to log into my work account (Plus) and my personal/free account on the dropbox app.
Now, I can only log into the Plus account or the Free account but not both. Why?

Please keep in mind that connecting two Dropbox accounts is only possible if one of them is part of a Dropbox team and the other is a personal one (as described here).
Is there any chance that one of your Dropbox accounts was previously on a team and it’s been downgraded since?
