I am told that with my plan, i have access to a chatbot.
But there is no way to actually get to it that i can find. who set this webisite up?

If you sign in to your Dropbox account, you should be able to view the chatbot when accessing the support page.
I can see that you have another thread regarding missing files, if that the issue you're experiencing?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful.
