Explanation: I have invited a colleague to join dropbox on 05/02/26 (email address removed)
He has accepted by email link, downloaded the app to his laptop, and also added a file to the app.
My bonus has not been added, it states ineligible. He did say he initially tried the email link on a MS Edge browser that needed to be upgraded. Maybe this interfered with the accept and sign in process?
Please would you review and add my bonus.
