I created a Dropbox account years ago with my college email and have never had an issue getting into my account. Dropbox is now asking me to enter a 6 digit code that is being sent to that college email - I’m assuming because I got a new phone a few months ago. I no longer have access to that email so cannot get the code to login to my Dropbox. I have the correct password and everything, just can’t get that verification email. There is not a customer service phone line unfortunately so I’m not sure how to go about getting into my account! I submitted a form about it but haven’t heard anything back. Has anyone had any experience with finding a solution to this problem?
