Has the zoom to dropbox integration been affected by changes again?

While it's a shame that did not work, that rules out a lot for us and was worth a shot.
As I mentioned previously, our team is currently working on getting the integration back up and running. I'll provide an update as soon as I have any news.

I am not able to send a screen shot of the error, just inform you that it is the same issue that occurred in 2024 when Dropbox stopped processing the zoom integration to store recordings. There was information that this integration had been depreciated.Then like now, it just stopped integrating without warning. It was reinstated days later upon 1 customer taking action to gather names for those wanting this feature reinstated.Today I disconnected zoom app to reconnect in hopes to 'kick start' the integration again however to my surprise Zoom no longer appears in the app menu to connect.I rely heavily on this integration.

I have the same issue. No recordings from Zoom are being transferred to Dropbox. In fact, I tried to disconnect the Zoom app from Dropbox and reconnect it, but I can’t find it in the App Center anymore.

Can you confirm really quickly that in "Edit settings for Zoom” (1st screenshot) and then in the pop up screen (2nd screenshot) you have checked the box and clicked Update?

Thanks for weighing in! The Zoom integration was actually reinstated shortly after that, making this all even more confusing!

I have tested the process post checking this box and the recording still does not automatically save to the zoom folder in DropBox.

Now, the box is not checking, and when i want to check, it's not working : see the following message :

It has been working successfully until last night when my zoom meeting recordings were not transferred to my Dropbox. Upon an hour of my time with zoom support, I found out that Dropbox canceled the integration AGAIN with NO NOTICE to their customers. I am deeply frustrated at the lack of communication on Dropbox's side of things. This leaves me no time to find another solution as downloading and uploading are not possible due to very poor internet in a more rural community. Is anyone else having issues and frustrated like I am?
Your frustrations are totally valid @nsrubio, and I would probably have similar feelings in your position. Please be aware that our team are currently working on restoring the Zoom integration, I can't provide an exact timeline but there should be an update within a few weeks. Hang in there!

I was the one that reported this last year and with Community Support thankfully it was reinstated.Like @nsrubio this is rather frustrating. I recall your name and support from last year which was much appreciated and hence I wish to add support to this request. I recall going through the same process as you last year! The work I share with the world which transforms lives and relies on this integration working seamlessly so I can share transformative insights with people.I'd really appreciate a reinstatement as soon as possible, thank you.
