Some time ago I ran out of space on my free dropbox account - I don't use it much - so I deleted stuff, but the message came up the same every day. I thought it might need some time to be brought up to date but I have now deleted everything & I'm still getting the message that I am using 2.8gb!
When I log in there are no files, no deleted files, no pictures, no shared files nothing! But it still says it's full. Surely it shouldn't be this ****** to empty your dropbox or are they just trying to get me to upgrade?
Is my only option to delete the whole account and start again?
