Cannot view all my folders locally from the File Explorer, but can see them online.

Question or Issue
Recently moved to new Windows 11 laptop.  Able to download DB for desktop and also access DB via Edge.  However, when I used File Explorer to view/add content to my folders, I can only see 9 of them (and I show 24 folders online).  Saw a support article about Selective Sync.  I've never used it.  But in troubleshooting I thought I should at least check to see if it may have been a default.  Cannot find it!  So 2 questions: 1) how do I find SS? 2) how do I make sure all 24 folders are viewable on File Explorer and DB desktop app?

Hi there, @gahockeymom let's jump right into this! 

The first thing I'd also suggest is checking your selective sync settings. Now, how do you access these? 

You should be able to click your little Dropbox icon in your taskbar, next to your WiFi. Then, follow these steps to access the app's preferences. Under your "Sync" tab you should be able to access your selective sync settings. Check or uncheck the folders you’d like to save or remove on your hard drive.

One more thing I'd like for us to check is the app's current syncing status to make sure everything is updated. Can you let me know what it reports?
