OK. I would like to upgrade my Dropbox account, but I will NOT do it without the assurance that I can change my email address. I tried to do that in my basic account, but it disallowed it. The tech support chat person sent me a link that took me to help that (HAHAHA!!) would not help me unless I have more than a Basic account.
It's a vicious cycle. I refuse to give them money to increase my storage unless someone there can assure me that I would be able to change my email address as needed from the old email address, and I can't get any help unless I pay for the increased storage.
And in case you are wondering, I tried reading through all their "Help" files (un-helpful files) and could not find assurance that I could change my existing email address.
