I can't rename pictures when sharing from my camera roll to the Dropbox app on my iPhone.

Hi I have an iphone and when receiving images from workers I usually upload to dropbox, click on rename and edit it then upload. Now it won't allow me to rename, it still "says" rename there but it doesn't work, So when it picks up image from text it says Attachment, I can't upload more than one as it shows as a duplicate.

Is this just me, as this system was working well until now.

What is the exact OS version that you use on your iPhone?

Also, when did you first notice this behavior? I'd also love to have a visual of what you described. If you could send me a few step-by-step screenshots of the process you follow on your end, I'd appreciate it.

You're not alone the Dropbox rename feature on iPhone has recently stopped working for some users. Try saving the image to Files first, rename it there, then upload to Dropbox.

From text then I click bottom left (highlighted yellow) then

it goes to the following page

Up until 3 days ago, you could click rename and go back and type over "attachment" for example, and then upload - now nothing happens when I tick rename

It seems that this was a temporary issue that has now been fixed.
