I can no longer paste an item after one's been copied or cut. please help

Can you share a few more details with me on what’s going on exactly? For example, what Dropbox platform are you using (website/desktop app/mobile app)?
Where are you copying/moving files from and where do you want to paste them? How are you copy pasting them exactly?
Give me a nudge, once you have more info.
