All my vault files I had in there to save are all gone. There's no way to contact support, this is horrible.

Please keep in mind that Dropbox Vault is no longer an available feature (as of 03/04/2025).
However, any files you previously had saved within your Vault should now be found in a regular folder on your Dropbox account. For more info, please check out this Help Center article.
Please let me know in case you still can't locate your Vault files after that.
