I had some items in the queue waiting to upload. They had been in the queue all day so I tried to refresh the page. I checked online before I did and saw somewhere that I could and the queue would be fine but when the page refreshed, the queue was gone. I don't remember what files I had waiting to load so I'm hoping there's a way to restore the queue.
