I tried to log into my account and it does not recognize my email ID and asks me to create a new account.
Has my account been deleted? How do I find out?
All my files are on there, so I am very worried.
Please help.

How long ago did you last log in to it @riptide344 ?
I use it everyday. So most likely yesterday.

It might sound trivial, but is it possible that you were using your Dropbox account with a different email address?
Do you have any other linked devices that you can use, to check for your email address there?

@megan Thanks for the response. No, I am a heavy user of dropbox and use my main email to access it. I just opened a ticket on your zendesk: 24025935, if you have access to that, details are there. Thank you.
