Dropbox won't save changes to an Excel file on one device

I have DROPBOX installed on 2 Windows PC's and 1 Android Tablet..  When I try to make a change to an file on the tablet, I get the message that changes cannot be made/saved to a file created by another user???  The same user (me) is on all 3 devices using same Name/PW.. The excel file that I am trying to change is read/modified by Office 2019 on the PC's and the tablet has Office 360 is the only difference that I can think of..Ideas.. help
