Hello all,
I have a new Win11 PC. After installing the local Dropbox app, and ensuring selective sync is set to download all files, Dropbox WILL NOT download.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who's experienced this, but haven't found a solution.
Out of the 700 GB in the cloud, DB only downloaded about 29 gig and just won't go any further. Local folder icons all show a little cloud (duh), but I can't get these to copy to the local machine.
UPDATE:
In the local Dropbox app, there are tons of error messages that all read the same:
"Syncing is paused while a file in this folder is open. Close the program using this file"
I am NOT using any files, none have been opened by me. I have NO idea what is causing these errors.
