An external party has shared some videos with my account. I would like to transfer those videos to another dropbox account without downloading the videos (because the file sizes are too huge). Is this possible?Thanks in advance for the help!

Let's start with the basics: how did the external party share these videos with you in the first place?
Was it through a file transfer, shared link or even shared folder? If it was none of these ways, and it was a different one, let me know.
Depending on the permissions you have on the folder/link you might be able to share it with a different Dropbox account, without downloading the content.
