Hi, how come all of a sudden I am unable to upload files via Gmail using my phone. In the past is a breeze to upload..
Thanks for posting here, @DAVEN L.!
If I get this right, you’ve been uploading Gmail attachments to Dropbox on your phone, but it no longer works, correct?
Can you describe to me the exact steps you’ve been taking so far?
What’s happening exactly at the moment?
Keep me updated.
Thanks for that! Can you also attach a screenshot of the message you see on your end?
Also, is this happening with many files, or a specific one you're trying to attach?
When typing your reply on the forum, there should be a small camera icon above your message box. If you click there, you can attach your screenshot in the same thread.
Hey @DAVEN L., sorry to jump in here.
If you're on your phone and you'd like to send us a screenshot, you'd need to request the desktop version of the Community, to see the upload button.
Also, are you on an iOS or Android device and on the latest version of both your OS and your Dropbox app?

Hi,
I uninstall the app and reinstall the app also doesnt helps
Hi @DAVEN L., could you try this method to attach the file into an email in the Gmail app?
Are you following the steps exactly in order to attach a file from Dropbox?
What device and OS are you using currently?
When you say Android, can you clarify the exact version of your Android @DAVEN L.?
Have you also tried the steps mentioned here?
Also, it would be of great help if you could attach some step-by-step screenshots of what you see on your end. If you have any issues attaching the screenshot, can you try sending it over using a computer, and not your mobile device?
I had to remove all your images due to your email and phone number being visible.
It looks like the Dropbox interface isn't showing up, and instead the built in Samsung files page for Dropbox appears. I have the exact same phone, and don't get the same behavior.
If you're not on a Dropbox Basic plan with more than 3 devices connected, could you try uninstalling the Dropbox app, rebooting the device, and re-installing it to see if this helps?
Thanks for the info. To help other users with similar issues, could you let us know how you were able to resolve this?
Hey @Gbroady, let's jump right into this!
When you say that you did that, but there were no changes, would you mind sharing some additional info in regards to the issue you're facing?
Also, what did you try on your end?
Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
Hey @tuzunovic, did you reinstall the Dropbox app in the meantime to no avail?
