Document Grant Access issues

Question

I have a Dropbox user that has edit access to a directory "1 - Billing Share (MY)" and all that is contained therein.  As a matter of fact all 6 users have edit access to this same directory.   I copied 15 word docs from one location and placed them into "1 - Billing Share (MY)" directory.  The user was able to access, open, edit, cut/paste etc on the first 6 word docs, but when she attempted to continue access on the remaining docs it would not grant her access.  Can someone explain why and how to fix?

Never mind - the matter resolved by a simple computer reboot of which I thought had already been attempted.  It must have been just a glitch.

Yes - this directory gives full access of its content to all member and this user is a member.

Hi there @Sharry316 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error they're getting so that we can have a visual too?

Also, are you all part of the same team account or are you using individual accounts?
