It sounds like your shared links may have been banned. How long have you been getting this error? Did you receive an email from Dropbox informing you about this perhaps?

Hi, yesterday by mistake I uploaded a .zip file with a corrupt file, the antivirus didn't report it to me immediately. Maybe this is the reason? I haven't received any communication and I've been using dropbox for years now.
