How to share Family Folder with a third person, but only Online

Hello,

I have shared the Family Folder with a person.
I need to share the same Family Folder, with another person. I want that this person only have online access; dont download to his computer. How can I do it?
When I will get that, if the both person open the same file inside the Family Folder, what will happen?

I'm afraid you cannot. There is no way to share online only.

You can used shared links to add permissions to remove download ability but I suspect it wont work on the family folder (as it usually doesn't on 'special' folders). https://help.dropbox.com/share/set-link-permissions
