MacM2 Mini won't continue install past Setup Video & Mic

It gets to the part where it wants to allow access to the microphone and video camera. It hangs onscreen and I have to reboot to shut it all down. I have had to delete the app to stop it starting up automatically.

It’s the Dropbox Capture that won’t install. Dropbox itself is fine.

Could you try uninstalling the app, deleting the installer completely, and using a a different browser to download and install the app?

It’s the Dropbox Capture that won’t install. So I can’t uninstall it because it’s not installed. It won’t install.
