Automated folders aren't working

Question

I have tried contacting support and they don't do anything to help. I have a folder full of files that I set up to be automatically sorted. It sorts 13 files and stops. I then have to delete and redo the automation. I don't have time to redo the automation every few minutes.

I have it automated by file extension. It's several thousand files and it's been over a month and they are not organized. Support is zero help. They just keep telling me to send screenshots and I have sent them everything I have been asked to send and it's still send more. All they have to do itls look at my account.
