Xiaomi Book S Not Compatible With Dropbox App After Removing S Mode

Hi,

 

I know lots of people have had the same problem, but I have looked everywhere, here and other websites and can't find a solution. I just purchased a Xiaomi Book S (ARM) and couldn't install the normal dropbox desktop app as it was in S Mode (running Windows 11). I have correctly taken it out of S Mode, but when I try to install dropbox now (both the normal installer and the offline one), it says "your device is not compatible with this version of the dropbox app". I've rebooted several times, deleted all previous dropbox files from C: and still can't do it. Can someone help please? I've been using dropbox for about 14 years now and don't want to have to switch to onedrive.

Hey @mikeinmalaga, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Can you please check the system requirements for the Dropbox application on Windows, to see if you have everything set up correctly or if there's something we're missing?
