Strange icon showing documents - looks like a file cabinet

Does anyone know what the file cabinet icon means in the documents means?

Our files are selectively synced to our computers. Should we re-sync these documents?

That's not a Dropbox icon. It's part of OneDrive and/or Windows 11.

Hi @oliverlara, thanks for messaging the Community.

This orange box is related to the Windows OS and could be a conflict with OneDrive.

Could you try quitting the OneDrive app to see if the icons change?
