Hi, we are attempting to change our "work email" in our settings, when we get the verification email through, we click the link to verify and get an Error 500.

That's rather odd. Can you try to request a new verification code, using a different browser entirely?

Hi - yes I have requesting new verification codes, and tried in both Google Chrome and Safari browsers, including incognito/private modes and get the same message each time.

Keep in mind that the only email address we can use in order to reach you, is the email address that your Community profile is linked to. It wouldn't be the one you provided on your end.

Hi Megan, to be honest that is part of the problem. We no longer have access to the email our Dropbox account is set up for, hence why we're looking to change it, but we receive the Error 500 message when we go through the process of verifying the updated email.
