May I ask if you're trying to install the Dropbox for S mode on Windows or the regular desktop app?

And is it failing during the downloading process or the installation process?
Are you getting any error messages?

@Hannah I’m trying to download from the Microsoft store. It gets all the way to 18 out of 19MB and stops and says. There has been an error. Retry.

@Megan @Hannah So far so good. I used the link Megan sent to download from the website. So far it looks as if everything is working. I'll know more once I start inputting data into my ARM system from GDM. Thank you. I will let you know and accept solution soon.
I am having the same issue with my new Surface Pro x, can I get that link that will make it work. I subscribed to dropbox specifically because I was getting this new computer.

I installed the S version from the windows store but it would not transfer data onto an app I need on the surface pro. So I uninstalled that and tried to download the standard version.

When I downloaded the provided link it said that it was not compatible with this device. I just retried it. Same.
