I have 2 TB of space; why can't I upload around 200 GB of files?

i upgraded dropbox to 2tb. on my phone i have files between 100 and 200 gb. I want upload these files at once to dropbox via add folder. I select a folder that contains many folders and I also press subfolders. Then it will load up to 29 gb then I get a message this folder contains many files and it stops.



So I am unable to back up all my files between 100 and 200 gb while I have 2tb?

Just to clarify, how are you trying to upload these files to your Dropbox account?

 

Are you using the Dropbox mobile app, the website, or the desktop app?

 

The best and fastest way would definitely be the desktop app. You can read more about it here.
