My "family room" folder name is chinese and I can't change it.

Is your Dropbox account also in Chinese, or not? You can check your account's settings for this.
Do you see the name displaying in Chinese all over our platforms, such as mobile, web and desktop app?

Thanks for your attention. I set my account's settings in English and other texts are changed to English but the "Famliy Room" folder is still in Chinese.

If you click on the "Family Room" option on the left of the page, does that take you to the same folder with the same contents?
What I mean is, is it possible that the folder in Chinese is just a simple shared folder in your account and not the actual family room?

This folder is the actual family room. One point that proves it is that this family room in chinese cannot rename. Besides,I have no other shared folders.

Yes. I change chrome to edge,but this issue still exist.
Maybe I should know what is the basis for dropbox to set the name of the family room. I try to change my windows language, it doesn't work too.

I am not the family manager. But I confirm to the family manager. He told me that he didn't know chinese and didn't use chinese folder name.
