This was sent in 2019. I have always had 5GBs of space to my knowledge.
Do you think that my files were deleted? It seems like the platform has gone through many changes.

When I checked "events" I am only seeing the updates from today. I am not sure when I would have used it in the past year. I can only access as far back as Nov. 18th 2020.
I have had my account for much much longer than that though.
Is it showing any events before today?
Is your account showing any files at all?
Have you logged in in the past year?

Dropbox removes accounts after 1 year of inactivity. My guess is that your account was deleted for this reason (you do get emails warning you it will happen) and when you logged in today you've actually created a new account instead of logging in.
The change in quota, lack of Event History and lack of files all points to the above.

That may have been what happened but I do not have any emails stating that was going to occur. That is super unfortunate if so. I didn't have a lot but I did have some old phone back ups stored there long term. Is there no way to contact Dropbox directly?
