Is it possible to add a photo or artwork to a folders or files cover? For example, if I upload an album I'm working on, can I upload a picture to the folders cover and the audio files cover?

At the moment, this isn't something that you can do through Dropbox I'm afraid.
However, if you're using the desktop app and syncing your files locally to your computer, you can apply customised folder icons through your computer's settings.
You won't be able to see these icons in your account online, but you should be able to from your connected computers.
If this is something you would be interested in trying out, I'd recommend doing a quick web search on ho to do this depending on your computer's OS.
