I'm trying to download a large zip file, but it always fails with a network error.

I shared a folder with a videographer, who uploaded a 33.3gb (4K video) zip file in to the folder. I tried to download it several times, but I always get failed - network error. How can I download this file?

Hey @Jpkallio, did he already zipped the videos into a single file? In that case you should be able to download it. If the error persists, you may install the desktop app, and sync the file to your hard drive. You may use selective sync to only sync that particular folder.

Hi there, just so you know, if you’re downloading from or uploading it to the site, there is a maximum of 20 GB for a single file. Otherwise, you’ll get an error message.

The desktop app is the best way to get large files uploading and downloaded easily.

Well, it was a humongous file, I’m surprised it only took 5 hours for 33 GB!
