Downloading a large zip file

I shared a folder with a videographer, who uploaded a 33.3gb (4K video) zip file in to the folder. I tried to download it several times, but I always get failed - network error. How can I download this file?

Hey @Jpkallio, did he already zipped the videos into a single file? In that case you should be able to download it. If the error persists, you may install the desktop app, and sync the file to your ****** drive. You may use selective sync to only sync that particular folder.

Hi there, just so you know, if you’re downloading from or uploading it to the site, there is a maximum of 20 GB for a single file. Otherwise, you’ll get an error message.

The desktop app is the best way to get large files uploading and downloaded easily.

Well, it was a humongous file, I’m surprised it only took 5 hours for 33 GB!
