Anybody know why we all the sudden get this error on all file requests we create. Never had problems with it before. "This file request has been closed, deleted, or never existed."

The files from my file requests are being uploaded to different folders.
Normally you just click a folder, do a file request and it's fine - now they're uploading into totally different folders, why? None of the files are going where I need them to be!

Bring back File Request option in File Explorer.
I used to be able to initiate a "Request Files" by right clicking on the file I wanted the documents to go into. This is more efficient that having to go to the web version, as I 99.9% work out of the File Explorer on my PC. Please bring back the option to "Request Files" in the right click menu.

Is it necessary to have to verify identity when accessing a shared folder through a link?
I shared a folder to "anyone with the link". When someone tries to access it from a new browser (never signed in to Dropbox before) they are always hit with a message to verify identity. Is there no way around this message so they can just get to the folder? Attaching screenshot. Thanks, Christi
