For a few weeks, Dropbox in my iPhone's Files app has been stuck on "Syncing 1 item to Dropbox". My folder shows "Error" and "Read-Only", so I can't select Dropbox files for email attachments or website uploads in Chrome. The same error appears in Files itself.
The Dropbox app opens my files normally, and I can still save files from other apps into Dropbox. Everything works on my iPad. Saving a copy to Downloads on the iPhone also lets me upload it.
I've tried Resume, closing and reopening Files and Dropbox, and restarting the iPhone. The App Store shows Open rather than Update for Dropbox.
Has anyone fixed this without deleting or reinstalling Dropbox? I want to preserve any files that haven't uploaded, so I'm avoiding cache clearing or resets that could remove local files.
